It's been a long time since I've been so excited about a Marc by Marc show. Most of the collection was the perfect balance of wearability and whimsy. I mean, seriously people. Look at the whimsy. JUST LOOK AT IT!!! Unfortunately, dear Marc also added dresses and coats that made size-00 models look huge. Now- I am ALL for playing with shape, and heaven knows I don't give a damn about practicality 99.9% of the time. But I can't imagine anyone wanting to look like a bloated, plaid, homeless elephant (Re: the final photo).
